The staff is attentive, thoughtful, and caring. My dad came to the facility extremely frail, confused, and depressed. He is now familiar with his surroundings and knows most of the staff by name or recognition. This is very comforting to us and lets us know he is happy and feels secure with the staff. He loves the view from the library and enjoys watching the airplanes go by on cloudy days. No matter what time any of us visits, the staff always has something positive to say with regard to him. I would also like to compliment your rehab department. He will actually be trying out a prosthetic leg soon. That is simply amazing to us.

I was a patient in your facility. The rehabilitation center looks more like a fine hotel than a rehabilitation center. Most of the centers I visited should aspire to meet the standards attained at the Regal heights Center. All the public areas were clean, odorless, and furnished in good taste. The food was better than I expected and was served by pleasant personnel in clean, bright and cheery dining rooms. I commend your entire staff for their attention, care and in general their high status of professionalism. My congratulations in particular to your rehabilitation department, who helped me to achieve the ability to walk well enough to leave your health care center after only ten days. Thank you and your entire staff for my present state of recuperation.
